Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation (Posters/Reels):

• Design platform-specific creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Use Canva/Photoshop/Figma to create engaging visuals aligned with FlatZ brand guidelines.
• Ideate and produce reels explaining FlatZ features (e.g., Smart Community Passbook, QR Entry, AI Security Alerts).

Feature Showcase:

Create visual explainers for features such as:

• AI-powered visitor entry
• QR code-based gate passes
• Voice assistant commands like Who visited today
• Energy dashboards and reward leaderboards

Community Campaigns:

• Design visuals for user campaigns like referral programs, lucky draws, app feature-of-the-week, etc.
• Assist with engagement strategies during society onboarding (e.g., welcome posters, contests, event promotions).

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure visual consistency across all creatives (fonts, colors, voice).
• Maintain a digital asset library of reusable templates and icons.

Performance Tracking:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor social media engagement.
• Suggest visual A/B test variations based on performance metrics.

Cross-Team Support:

• Support design needs for pitch decks, app walkthroughs, builder brochures, or WhatsApp community messages.

Preferred Skills:

• Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma (basic)
• Basic video editing CapCut/InShot/DaVinci or equivalent
• Fluent English writing (for captions, simple copywriting)
• A good eye for modern, clean design
• Passion for smart living, tech, or community apps is a bonus
