About us:

EJOBINDIA is a leading training institute in Kolkata offering industry-relevant programmes in Web Designing, PHP, .NET, Angular, React, Cloud, Cyber Security, and most recently Digital Marketing. We're looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Faculty to join our team and deliver high-quality instruction aligned to our course content and learner expectations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom (and potentially online) instruction for our Digital Marketing course, covering the following major modules:
• Introduction to Digital Marketing: fundamentals, channels, customer journey, online vs offline marketing.
• Content Creation & Graphic Designing: creating visual assets, designing for social media, and integrating marketing messaging.
• Social Media Marketing & Optimization: strategy creation, platform-specific content, community management.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC): keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, campaign setup, and optimization.
• Analytics & Reporting: using tools like Google Analytics / GA4, interpreting data, driving insights.
• Possibly additional modules such as e-commerce marketing, remarketing and email marketing as per the course structure.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments and assessments consistent with the syllabus.
• Guide students in hands-on projects, live campaigns and practical assignments to build industry readiness.
• Mentor and support students (who may be freshers or have some experience) to upskill and prepare for placement.
• Stay updated on the latest digital-marketing trends, tools, platforms and integrate them into teaching.
• Work collaboratively with institute leadership to ensure student outcomes, placements and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 0-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content, or analytics roles (or as an instructor)
• Hands-on experience with key tools/platforms: e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, SEO tools, content creation tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies and execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to explain technical concepts to students and guide practical implementation
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata; immediate joiners preferred
