Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, marketing database, email marketing tools, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Website Traffic:

  • Responsible for the execution of organic and paid traffic strategy and campaigns.

Analytics:

  • Responsible for tracking key marketing analytics and key metrics

SEO:

  • Understand the nuances of SEO and work alongside the SEO team

Paid Ads:

  • Responsible for coming up and handling all our paid campaigns such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook campaigns etc. Measure, report and optimize performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Reputation Management:

  • Adept at Reputation Management: removing negative online articles about your brand, responding to online customer reviews, or using influencer marketing to build positive brand buzz.

Email Marketing:

  • Responsible for executing email marketing strategy and campaigns such a monthly newsletter, the prospect and lead email drip sequence, the monthly email calendar, and new blog testimonials announcements.

Optimization:

  • Responsible for proactive and reactionary strategic testing to increase conversion rates. Not only would this include tweaking elements on the website to better convert visitors to leads but this would also include various funnels such as monetization funnel, activation funnel, and acquisition funnel.

Campaign Management:

  • Responsible for executing all online and offline campaigns such as webinars, product tours, workshops, and product launch campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Saas product company
  • Proven track record in identifying the right target audience and drive them to the website using multiple marketing strategies and convert them as paid customers
  • Understand the nuances of website conversion and conversion metrics
  • Hands-on experience in planning and implementing a successful digital marketing strategy
  • Prior experience in building scalable content engagement through content strategy and social media campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of relevant marketing tools with good understanding of SaaS product
  • Comfortable working with business leaders in forecasting, competitive analysis, and business modelling
