Job Overview: We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing professional to lead and optimize our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.) and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: ¢ Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and continuously optimize for better results. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and campaign strategy. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed. Generate regular performance reports and provide insights with actionable recommendations. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in running paid ads and SEO. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Strong understanding of PPC strategies, A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel optimization. Solid grasp of SEO principles including technical SEO, link building, and content optimization. Experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker Studio).
