About Us

We are a growing footwear company based in Jaipur, managing two brands:

• Latest Footwear
• L’Sole

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can plan and execute online marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and support e-commerce growth for both brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp Business for both brands.
• Create engaging content, reels, and posts (in coordination with design/photography team).
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
• Support Amazon/Flipkart/Website promotions with digital marketing activities.
• Increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement through creative campaigns.
• Work closely with the Online Sales Executive to align promotions and product launches.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Instagram promotions.
• Creativity in content ideas, captions, and trends.
• Basic skills in Canva / Photoshop / video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
• Strong communication and copywriting ability.
• Knowledge of SEO and website marketing is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
