Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join Califnco – AI Automation Agency.
You’ll plan and execute marketing strategies for both our agency and client projects, focusing on social media growth, SEO, ad campaigns, and creative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) using both code and no-code methods.
• Plan and run email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine strategies.
• Expand and manage social media networks across platforms for both agency and clients.
• Handle Social Media Management — posting at optimal times, engaging with followers, running hashtag campaigns, collaborating with micro-influencers, and analyzing performance to improve reach and engagement.
• Manage Google My Business, blogs, and online reputation for consistent visibility.
• Create high-quality content (visuals, reels, posts, and short videos) aligned with brand identity.
• Use AI tools to generate creative, marketing-focused videos.
• Design Canva templates and digital creatives for campaigns.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid campaigns.
• Track performance analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Explore free promotion opportunities for organic growth.

Requirements

• Must have a personal working laptop.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Familiarity with AI-based marketing and automation tools.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and multitasking skills.
