Job Description

Performance Marketing & Ads

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on ROAS, CPL, and other KPIs.
  • A/B test ad creatives and landing pages.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic rankings.
  • Perform keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content.

Social Media Management

  • Develop monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and post content, reels, stories, and manage community engagement (DMs/comments).
  • Track follower growth and engagement metrics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with insights and action items.
  • Suggest improvements based on data trends and lead quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,015.08 - ₹31,532.81 per month
