*Job Summary*

Hybrid Back Office (HBO) is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and promote the company's services across digital platforms.

The candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online brand promotion. The candidate will work on marketing campaigns, develop engaging content, and help improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company's services.

- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

- Create engaging content for social media posts, promotional campaigns, blogs, and website updates.

- Design or coordinate the creation of marketing creatives, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.

- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

- Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, website traffic, and other relevant marketing metrics.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities.

- Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across digital platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and develop relevant marketing content.

- Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and audience engagement.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Practical knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to create engaging and professional marketing content.

- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools is an advantage (graphic design).

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.

*Preferred Experience*

- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or online brand promotion.

- Experience using LinkedIn for B2B marketing and professional brand building is an added advantage.

- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, medical services, or B2B marketing would be beneficial.
