Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of digital channels, performance metrics, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid ad performance for better reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Support SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Work on content marketing initiatives, including coordination for blog posts, emailers, and social media content.
• Track KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
• Coordinate with content writers and designers to create effective creatives and campaign assets.
• Contribute to increasing brand visibility and supporting lead generation efforts through digital channels.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM concepts and how to apply them practically.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Canva or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated with digital marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
