The Helpful Smiles Technology Global Center (HST Global) in Bangalore is a division of the Hy-Vee IT team named as the Helpful Smiles Technology Center based in the US. It supports Hy-Vee's business growth and modernization needs by accelerating the adoption of technology across enterprise operations. It offers tech talent the unique opportunity to transform retail technology at Hy-Vee and understand different markets and cultural dynamics, as well as the opportunity to work locally and remotely on IT challenges. The Hy-Vee IT team is looking to expand its capabilities in software development and delivery with roles such as Agile and full stack and data analysts based out of Bangalore. HST Global will serve the entire IT organization across roles and functions.

General Function

Responsible for the planning and execution of all Hy-Vee and Divisional digital content and tacticsincluding mobile apps, websites, and graphic updates. Also responsible for scheduling and maintaining owned media including emails, SMS, Push notifications and in-store video/displays.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborates with brand managers, graphic designers, and content creators to plan digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Airship, Acoustic (ESP), GMB
• and other digital platforms.
• Execute digital marketing plans to exceed industry benchmarks in a drive to be best in class.
• Assist with the analysis of campaign performance to optimize and report overall results utilizing various reporting software including Google Analytics.
• Assist the team in a variety of digital activities and project management to support Marketing and Loyalty goals.
• Maintains and revises website graphics, content, files, and directories.
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
