Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support our online presence and brand visibility. The role involves managing social media activities, assisting in content creation, coordinating with the production team for shoots, and supporting basic digital marketing efforts for our garment studio and store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Plan and post regular content such as product photos, reels, stories, and updates
• Coordinate with the production and studio team for photoshoots and content requirements
• Respond to basic online inquiries and messages in a timely manner
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting
• Assist in basic promotions, offers, and campaign activities
• Track engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics
• Support website updates and online listings, if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Interest in fashion, garments, fabrics, and design aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, mobile editing apps, etc.)
• Good written communication skills (English; Malayalam preferred)
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in handling Instagram reels and short-form videos
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing
• Understanding of hashtags, captions, and trends
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta ads, or website updates

• Based in or around Aluva
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and grow with the brand
• Consistent in work and proactive in follow-ups
