Digital Marketer (Meta & Google)

We're looking for a smart, hands-on Digital Marketer who knows how to plan and run paid campaigns, generate quality leads, and drive real sales using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Plan and launch campaigns
• Run paid ads on Meta & Google (lead gen, conversion, retargeting, etc.)
• Tweak creatives (images, copy) as needed — you don’t need to be a designer, but you get what works
• Use tools like Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics to track what’s working and what’s not
• Set up and manage the backend bits — tracking, audiences, conversions
• Bring new ideas to the table to keep campaigns fresh and results flowing

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years running Meta and Google campaigns
• You’re comfortable jumping into Ads Manager, setting up tracking, tweaking audiences, or writing a good hook
• You get performance marketing
• Analytical mindset — you know how to read the numbers and act on them
