Job Summary We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. Duties Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns Oversee a social media strategy Manage and maintain the organization's website Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s) Fix any errors or bugs in online content Edit and post videos, podcasts, and audio content to online sites Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management Experience Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
