Digital IT Architect

You will collaborate closely withengineering, security, and operations teams to drive innovation, improveplatform resilience, and streamline software delivery. As a key technicalleader, you will influence best practices, mentor engineers, and contribute tothe continuous evolution of the companys cloud engineering strategy.

The ideal candidate has experience managingcloud-based environments, automating infrastructure provisioning, optimizingdeployment workflows, and enhancing system performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize cloud infrastructure to support scalable and high-performance applications.
• Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery efficiency and reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to implement best practices for deployment, monitoring, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance cloud engineering capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to support team growth and foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Expertise in monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments, including identity management, network security, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud platforms in any of the following (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer).
• AWS Solution Architects are preferred
• Experience working in a microservices architecture and service mesh technologies.
• Familiarity with serverless computing frameworks.
• Experience leading and mentoring DevOps teams.
