As a Digital Innovation Engineer - Full Stack Developer at Buckman, you will play a crucial role in building web-based products and solutions for the company's digital transformation. You will collaborate with technical and product leadership to develop and manage Industrial IoT products, ensuring the implementation of best practices and coding standards for sustainable products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop new user-facing features by writing reusable code and libraries. - Define the application's appearance and functionality, bridging the gap between graphic design and technical implementation. - Enhance applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to translate UI/UX design wireframes into code. - Code, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications using established coding standards and methodologies. - Participate in Scrum activities, perform code reviews, and contribute to a high-performing, growing team. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field from an accredited university. - 3+ years of project development experience on an Agile Team or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Experience in design and creation of scalable software. - Proficiency in writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end. - Ability to test and fix bugs or coding issues. - Build front-end applications with appealing visual design. - Write technical documentation. - Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, CosmoDB. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Strong track record of delivering successful, highly scalable applications in a team environment. - Working experience in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience with one or more Unit Testing Frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
