As a initial key player in our reporting squad, you will cover Political, Administrative, Legistative domain stories in & around Mumbai ensuring real time, timely and accurate delivery to our audience. Key Responsibilities: Story Development: Identify, research, and pitch local newsworthy stories, ranging from civic issues to cultural events. Develop a strong understanding of the Mumbai Political & Administrative domain area and its community dynamics. On-Ground Reporting: Visit news sites to collect facts, conduct interviews, and gather visuals. Cover breaking news promptly and accurately. Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and concise reports for web and social media platforms. Create multimedia content, including photos and videos, to enhance storytelling. Collaboration: Coordinate with the editorial team to align content with organizational goals. Liaise with local authorities, businesses, and the community for factual reporting. Community Engagement: Build relationships with local residents and organizations to source exclusive stories. Represent Dynamite News at community meetings, Press conference and events. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. Experience: Freshers with strong internships or freelance experience are welcome. Prior reporting experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms. Basic photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
