Role Description

Cryptic Techo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Social Media & SEO Intern to support our digital presence across multiple brands. This paid internship is ideal for freshers who want to build real-world experience in social media marketing, content creation, ad campaigns, SEO, and WordPress website management.

You will be involved in real projects spanning technology, healthcare, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter).
• Create engaging creatives (images, short videos, reels) for posts.
• Research trends, competitor content, and hashtags.
• Maintain a weekly posting calendar.
• Track platform analytics and prepare weekly reports.

Social Media Ads (Meta + Google + Others)

• Assist in running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.
• Create ad creatives (static posts, carousels, short videos).
• Support campaign setup, basic targeting, and audience research.
• Monitor performance metrics and share insights for improvements.

Website & WordPress Management

• Update website pages, blogs, media, and menus on WordPress.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and basic site hygiene.
• Implement basic on-page SEO (meta tags, titles, URLs).
• Coordinate new landing pages or modifications.

SEO & Digital Growth

• Perform keyword research using SEO tools.
• Optimize blogs, pages, and creatives for SEO.
• Track website performance using Google Search Console.
• Support basic off-page SEO (directories, backlinks).

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain task tracker and content calendar.
• Work directly with founders to align marketing priorities.
• Share structured weekly/monthly progress reports.

Required Skills (Fresher-Friendly)

• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword concepts.
• Familiarity with WordPress (or willingness to learn).
• Basic design skills (Canva preferred).
• Strong written English and communication.
• Creative mindset + eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

• CapCut / VN / basic video editing experience.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Figma for layout and creative design.
• Understanding of analytics tools.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates or current students (any degree).
• No prior full-time experience required.
• Must be able to commit 3035 hours per week.
• Strong interest in marketing, content, and digital growth.
