The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project cost estimations, analyzing project documents, performing research to support accurate estimates, and engaging in negotiation with stakeholders. The role requires active collaboration with project teams and adherence to quality and cost standards. Qualifications Proficiency in BOQ preparation and project estimation techniques Strong Civil Engineering expertise and understanding of construction processes Demonstrated skills in negotiation and stakeholder management Ability to perform detailed research and analysis to support project planning Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in digital project estimation tools is a plus Ability to work efficiently in remote and collaborative team environments
