Digital Content Designer

You are a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be an integral part of our marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop visually engaging content for both digital and print media, contributing to the promotion of our brand, services, and patient success stories with a professional and aesthetic touch. You will be tasked with designing high-quality graphics for various platforms such as social media posts, website banners, YouTube thumbnails, and online advertisements. Additionally, you will create print materials including brochures, posters, clinic branding items, and patient information handouts. Your role will also involve developing visual content for marketing campaigns, reels, and emailers while ensuring brand consistency across all designs and marketing channels. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams will be essential as you work together to conceptualize campaigns. You will also be responsible for editing before-and-after patient photos with sensitivity and confidentiality, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and delivering them on time. Keeping up to date with design trends in healthcare and beauty/wellness industries will be crucial to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or CorelDRAW is required, while knowledge of basic video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut would be advantageous. A strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential qualities.
