Qualification:

Any graduate or diploma holder with relevant skills in content creation, digital marketing, or media

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements):

Canva and basic video editing tools
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Basic SEO
Facebook & Instagram Ads

Relevant Industry:

Media / Digital Marketing / Advertising / Social Media Management

Content Creation

Capture and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos using a smartphone (with gimbal) or camera
Design visually engaging creatives using Canva or similar tools

Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content on Instagram & Facebook
Monitor engagement, track analytics, and align content with current trends

SEO & Digital Marketing

Conduct basic keyword research
Optimize content for SEO and online visibility
Track and improve content performance using insights

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns
Monitor ad performance and optimize to maximize ROI

Proficient in Canva and basic video editing tools
Strong understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
Creative eye for design and trend awareness
