Role & responsibilities Manage daily floor operations at the Experience Center to ensure smooth customer interactions. Attend to walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions. Lead and manage the assigned sales team to meet business goals and performance standards. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram . Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction and follow-ups. Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements. Provide regular training and guidance to the sales team.
