Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067 Employment Type: Full-time Office Timings: 4:00 am to 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday) & 4:00 am to 10:00 am (Saturday) Key Responsibilities: Maintain Student Data: Accurately update and manage student records in the system. Ensure all student information is kept confidential and up to date. Create Offer Letters for Students: Generate and issue offer letters based on institutional requirements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with admission policies. Revision of Offer Letters: Make necessary modifications to offer letters as per student requests or institutional guidelines. Ensure timely updates and communication with relevant stakeholders. Confirmation of Enrollment (COE) Generation: Process and generate COEs for students in compliance with institution and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Prior experience in student administration or enrollment processing is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems. Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
