You will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages that effectively communicate our product's value and drive user engagement. Your work will directly impact our marketing and sales efforts, helping us achieve our business objectives. What Success Looks Like: You design visually appealing and high-converting landing pages. You collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive design and messaging. You continuously optimize landing pages based on user behavior and feedback. You stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in landing page design. Areas of Ownership: Design and develop landing pages that align with our marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive and effective pages. Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to optimize landing pages. Ensure landing pages are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Required Skills and Experience: 1.5 + years of experience in landing page design or a similar role. Proficiency in Unbounce, HubSpot, and design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices in web design. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and analytics tools. Knowledge of performance marketing and how it influences landing page design. Experience in copywriting for landing pages in English. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing landing pages for lead generation clients. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
