We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy fresher to join our team as an Audio/Video (A/V) Technician. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of audio, video, and multimedia equipment along with strong troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining audio and video equipment for meetings, conferences, events, and recordings. Support in installation of AV related systems. Monitor audio and video quality during events and ensure smooth functioning. Perform basic troubleshooting of A/V equipment issues. Handle cabling, wiring, and equipment arrangement as per technical requirements. Maintain equipment inventory and ensure proper storage and care. Coordinate with internal teams to understand A/V requirements. Candidate should have a Police Clearance Certificate
Key Responsibilities Install and set up CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related security equipment Run, terminate, and manage cabling (coaxial, Cat5/Cat6, power cables) Configure network settings for IP cameras, remote access, and mobile viewing Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades Diagnose and fix issues such as video loss, camera failure, and connectivity problems Integrate CCTV systems with alarms, access control, and other security solutions Document installations, configuration details, and service reports Provide user training on system operation and monitoring software Follow safety standards and maintain proper use of tools and equipment Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & analog) Basic electrical and low-voltage wiring understanding Networking skills (IP addressing, routers, switches, PoE systems) Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and layout plans Proficiency with hand and power tools Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Good communication and customer-service skills Physical fitness for climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces
