The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, preparing, and submitting tenders or bids for government and private sector projects. Coordinate internally with accounts, legal, technical, and logistics teams for bid requirements. Attend pre-bid meetings and record key points and clarifications. Keep track of EMDs, bank guarantees, and related financial documents. 5. Post-Tender Activities Follow up on tender results and bid status. Support negotiations and contract signing if tender is awarded. Prepare MIS reports on tender performance and success ratios. Update vendor registrations, product certifications, and company profiles on e-portals.
