Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To monitor the F&B processes i.e. safety, hygiene practices, cafeteria services etc

To counsel and educate individuals and groups on appropriate diets, menu planning and preparation of food to treat an illness or diseases and/or to enhance and maintain optimum heath.

To keep update with relevant nutrition research changes, changes in delivery of nutrition services etc

To establish patient care standards by consulting with physicians and other health care professionals; reviewing patient record; interviewing patient.

To counsel discharge inpatients
