Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diamond Jewellery Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Diamond Jewellery Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, assisting customers in finding the perfect jewellery, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the polishing and upkeep of jewellery pieces, providing training to sales staff, and staying updated with fashion jewellery trends to offer valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills
• Customer Service and Training skills
• Polishing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
