Job Description

Set strategic goals for the department and ensure alignment with company objectives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze reports, and initiate corrective actions. Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team. Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams like production, marketing, and logistics. Maintain and improve systems/processes to increase efficiency. Handle departmental budgeting and resource allocation. Train team members and ensure skills are up to industry standards. Conduct performance reviews and suggest promotions or restructuring as needed. Maintain regular reporting to upper management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
