As an epitome of trust and compassionate care, the chain of Dialysis care always strives to excel with world class technology and expertise and aspires to bring to the community largest network of state of the art Haemodialysis facilities, dialysis centers sans comparison in India, under the banner of DCDC Job Purpose: You will be responsible to perform smooth dialysis sessions at designated centre/unit of the organisation & ensure high standard treatment, meeting patient satisfaction level with defined safety and cleanliness protocols followed in your centre/unit. End to end comprehensive patient care management for successful dialysis of patients in the unit. Follow the defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation & patients medication Updating records (quality/clinical formats, patient's file, dialysis record book, etc.) & periodic vitals charting. Maintaining Procedure Trolley, medical equipment, crash cart & related Checklist Preparation of Dialysis Procedure Set/tray and Autoclave items Assisting other staff/senior technician/ DMO while any procedure & managing patient complication. Job Responsibilities: Proper continuous maintenance of RO treatment plant and quality of product water. Ensuring proper hygienic patient care & unit disinfection protocols. Dialyzer reprocessing as per defined protocol Execution of any work assigned by the Senior Technician/ Manager/ DMO. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Suitable clinical work experience Good Knowledge of Dialysis and Dedicated to Patient Care Desired Skills: Punctual, Motivated, Team Player Understanding of Healthcare System and NABH protocols Good in documentation and keen to learn & train Degree / Diploma in Dialysis Technology Education: Experience: 0 to 5 Years experience as DT preferably in NABH Hospital DCDC KIDNEY CARE Document No.- DCDC/L-3/F-218.0
