Service Engineer Position Description Reporting to: Regional Manager Service Nephrology Business Summary of Role: To ensure timely installations and service of installed equipment. To ensure frequent visits to KOLs and fast issue resolution. Individual responsibility for assigned territory. Maintain good relations with all stake holders technicians, doctors, center managers. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills & customer handling skills. Responsibilities in Detail: Install, calibrate, and maintain dialysis machines and related medical equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Ensure good relations with all KOLs and with technician groups. Ensure seamless demo of equipment in the assigned territory with help of clinical team members. Diagnose technical issues and repair dialysis machines in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct performance testing and quality assurance checks. Provide technical support and training to medical staff on proper equipment usage. Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed. Collaborate with internal stake holders for spare parts and technical support. Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in dialysis equipment maintenance. Assisting sales and clinical team members to conduct technician and doctor CMEs. Participate in weekly / monthly review meetings with Regional Service head to gauge performance against assigned KRAs and taking necessary actions to improve performance. Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Required: PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in servicing dialysis or other medical equipment. Should possess Knowledge of dialysis treatment processes and related biomedical principles. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Ability to work independently and respond to emergency repair requests. Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities as required. Education- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Page 1 of 2
