Position - Chartered Accountant Industry - Infrastructure Location - Sindhu Bhavan Marg, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054 Key Responsibilities: Conduct Various Audits like Internal Audit, Statutory audits and Tax Audits Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards. Advising on all TDS, TCS, GST & other compliance departments. Manage the full financial process Drafting of submissions before government departments and tribunals and ensuring compliance with state & central revenue service Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Manage tax filings and ensure timely and accurate tax payments and submissions. Oversee audits and work with the team to ensure efficient and accurate audit processes. Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to management for decision-making. Review financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting. Income Tax Law & Audit, Corporate Law. Having strong confidence in the finalization of accounts, Ledger Scrutiny, Preparation of Audit Reports & Income Tax Returns, Preparation of Provisional Financial Statements, Preparation of Projected Financial Statements, Handling Scrutiny/ Notice Compliance of GST/ Income Tax. Prefer if have COP ( Certificate of Practice) . Mentor and guide junior finance staff. Key Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential. Min. 3 - 4 years of Experience post qualification Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
