Manage and maintain IT assets: laptops, desktops, peripherals, software licenses. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Handle network setup & troubleshooting: routers, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls. Resolve technical issues for employees related to systems, connectivity, and applications. Monitor data backups, security updates, and antivirus compliance. Maintain IT documentation: asset inventory, network diagrams, access logs. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and hardware repairs. Support employee onboarding/offboarding from the IT side. Ensure IT policies and security guidelines are implemented properly.
