Role Description The Warehouse Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of all goods. This role supervises staff, upholds safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement in all logistics functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics including goods receipt, put away, order picking, packing, and dispatch. Lead execution and continual improvement of SOPs in line with ISO/QMS benchmarks. Supervise inventory management using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensure rigorous cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. Manage creation and audit of GRN, ensuring compliance with procurement and quality assurance protocols. Coordinate 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and transporters Administer workforce management: forecast manpower, organize shift scheduling, define KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Enforce health, safety and environment policies per statutory norms and ensure all warehouse activities are GMP compliant where applicable. Analyze dashboards and generate MIS reports for inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, and cost-to-serve. Monitor and optimize space utilization, material flow, and storage Interface with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, QA/QC, finance) to streamline order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles. Lead adoption of automation (barcode/RFID, handheld terminals) to enhance operational accuracy, traceability, and efficiency. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Masters degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration 5+ years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations. Proactive leadership and team management abilities. Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety warehouse regulations. Physical stamina as required for warehouse supervision.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accountant located in Kandivali (West). The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable. They will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements, maintaining accurate records, supporting the preparation of budgets, and entering financial data into accounting systems. Additionally, they will assist with audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
