1. Administrative & Operational Management Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the training center. 2. Academic Coordination Monitor faculty performance , punctuality & quality of delivery. 3. Marketing Support & School Presentations Coordinate with the marketing team for scheduled school visits, demos and campaigns. Represent the institute during school presentations, product demos and awareness programs. 4. Admission & Target Achievement Ensure monthly admission targets are achieved. Oversee enquiry follow-ups , counselling sessions and admission conversions. 5. Team Management Lead, motivate and supervise the academic and administrative team. Train new staff in academic delivery, student handling and center operations . 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports on: Share reports and updates with the reporting manager regularly. 7. Student & Parent Relations Ensure quality learning experience for every student. Conduct parent meetings to review progress and attendance. 8. Financial & Resource Management Supervise fee collection, receipts and centre requirement handling. 9. Compliance & Quality Assurance Follow all company guidelines, academic standards and safety protocols. 10. Innovation & Growth Identify and propose new training modules or workshops to enhance learning. Explore tie-up opportunities with schools, NGOs, or colleges.
