We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Experience in real estate or infrastructure sales will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and revenue growth. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base. Identify market opportunities and generate new leads. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for effective execution of campaigns and site visits. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review. Handle high-ticket client negotiations and final deal closures. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented with a track record of achieving targets. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales performance metrics. Experience in real estate or infrastructure domain is a plus. Own vehicle preferred for site visits and client meetings.
