Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and vendor onboarding for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads for potential vendors. Communicate with vendors and encourage them to register and sell on our platform. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase vendor engagement. Maintain records of vendor interactions and follow-up activities. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve onboarding targets. Provide feedback to management on market trends and vendor needs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree is compulsory (any stream). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Must have Local language (Hindi, English, telugu) and 2 wheel vehicle Prior experience in sales/marketing or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
