Job Summary: The Hotel General Manager is responsible for the overall management and success of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, profitability, and staff engagement. This role involves overseeing all departments—including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Maintenance—while maintaining brand standards and driving business performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across all hotel departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable functioning. Lead, motivate, and manage department heads and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Develop and implement business strategies, marketing plans, and revenue management initiatives to maximize occupancy and profitability. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand and legal requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners. Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused team. Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Report regularly to ownership or corporate management on performance metrics, goals, and improvement plans. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 years in a senior management or General Manager role. Proven track record in hotel operations, revenue management, and guest relations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
