Accounts Controller ballabgarh, faridabad, haryana 5 years INR 5.4 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day accounting operations , including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and vendor/customer management. · Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual books closure , ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. · Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors , ensuring timely completion of audits and compliance with recommendations. · Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, corporate filings (MCA/ROC), FLA returns, tax filings, and other statutory requirements. · Oversee tax planning and reporting , ensuring timely and accurate returns while minimizing liabilities within legal frameworks. · Manage payroll and employee benefits , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor laws. · Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable reporting. · Support cost management by aligning vendor payments and procurement with financial strategy. · Optimize accounting systems and processes , driving automation and efficiency in financial operations. Qualifications: · Education : o Minimum: B.Com/ M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. o Preferred: CA Inter / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant . · Experience : o 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting, book closure, preparation of financial statements, and handling audits. o Hands-on exposure to GST, TDS, statutory filings, corporate compliance , and coordination with auditors/regulators. o Prior experience in a FinOps role (cash flow, reconciliations, MIS reporting) is an added advantage. Requirements: · Proven experience in accounting, book-keeping, and finalization of accounts. · Hands-on expertise in monthly/annual book closure and preparation of financial statements. · Prior experience in getting company accounts audited and coordinating with auditors. · Strong control over accounting books with attention to accuracy and compliance. · Exposure to Financial Operations (FinOps), including cash flow management, reconciliations, and reporting. · Good working knowledge of statutory compliances, including: o GST (returns, reconciliations, filings) o TDS (deductions, deposits, returns) o Audits (internal & statutory) o FLA return (Foreign Liabilities and Assets) o Corporate filings with MCA/ROC and other regulatory bodies. · Ability to work independently and ensure timely and accurate compliance. · Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar). · Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
