Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance scheduling is also crucial. You should have the ability to devise and execute production strategies effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are highly valued in this role. While a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is preferred, experience in the distillery or beverage industry is considered a plus.
