We're Looking for: Someone who has previously left a job to pursue their own venture or is looking to gain full exposure to building a startup from the ground up. (most important) 2+ years of experience in product, growth or sales. B.Tech graduate (preferred) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills. Basic knowledge of the textile industry About the role: Build the product pipeline from day zero — identify new categories, launch products, and balance supply and demand. Work closely with the founder to develop scalable systems and processes. Lead operations, vendor onboarding, and cluster expansion initiatives. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and execute growth plans. Brainstorm solutions to reduce operational risks and drive efficiency. You will be working with the founder to drive execution and launch DhagaKart. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into product workflows, wireframes, and features. You will also assist with tech/product development to ensure smooth delivery. Additionally, you will be coordinating with vendors, supply chain partners, and early users. Your role will involve collecting feedback, analyzing insights, and suggesting product improvements. Proficiency in using Figma for wireframing and design flows will be essential. - Must be based in Surat and available to work on-site, 6 days a week. - Pursuing B.Tech or equivalent background with a strong understanding of technology & growth. - Passion for startups, product building, and execution. - Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
