About DhagaKart: DhagaKart is transforming how India’s textile manufacturers source their materials. We are building a one-stop sourcing platform that brings together ( yarns, dyes & chemicals, machinery, and spare parts) under one roof, making sourcing more efficient, transparent, and technology-driven for India’s MSMEs. Traction till date: Successfully executed pilot projects in three key textile clusters, Surat , Bangalore (Silk Yarn Manufacturing) & Varanasi. Developed a scalable in-house technology platform to support nationwide expansion. Achieved an early ₹1 Cr+ GMV . Preparing to raise our first institutional funding round in the next 3–4 months. We're Looking for: Someone who has previously left a job to pursue their own venture or is looking to gain full exposure to building a startup from the ground up. (most important) 2+ years of experience in product, growth or sales. B.Tech graduate (preferred) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills. Basic knowledge of the textile industry About the role: Build the product pipeline from day zero — identify new categories, launch products, and balance supply and demand. Work closely with the founder to develop scalable systems and processes. Lead operations, vendor onboarding, and cluster expansion initiatives. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and execute growth plans. Brainstorm solutions to reduce operational risks and drive efficiency.
