Role Description This is a full-time role for an Area Sales Manager, based on-site in Bareilly. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated area, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, tracking sales performance, and providing actionable insights Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing sales strategies Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a must Ability to work on-site in Bareilly and travel as needed within the designated area Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
