Job Title: Senior Sales Manager/ DGM Location: Kharar, Punjab Industry: Real Estate Developer – Residential Development Experience Level: 4+ years (Real Estate Sales Preferred) Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager/ DGM to lead the sales strategy and execution for our upcoming residential high-rise project in Kharar . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, especially in residential segment, and will play a key role in achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed project sales targets. Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives; conduct regular training and performance evaluations. Lead Management : Oversee lead generation, follow-up processes, and conversion ratios. Ensure timely response and high-quality engagement with potential customers. Client Relations : Conduct site visits, client presentations, and close high-value deals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Market Intelligence : Monitor local real estate market trends in Kharar and surrounding regions. Provide insights to the marketing and project planning teams. Reporting : Maintain detailed records of sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Coordination : Liaise with marketing, CRM, legal, and site teams to ensure smooth sales operations and post-sales services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus). Minimum 4 years of real estate sales experience , with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in residential project sales , especially in high-rise developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. Knowledge of Kharar, Mohali, and Tricity market dynamics is highly desirable.
