Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment such as motors, DG’s, transformers, circuit breakers, panels, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment’s available at site Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and breakdowns in a timely manner to reduce production delays with vendor support as required. Monitor performance of electrical systems using diagnostic tools and meters. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdown history, checklist, trackers etc. Assist in planning and executing shutdown maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Support energy efficiency and reliability improvement initiatives. Coordinate & support with other maintenance teams (HVAC , BMS , STP etc., ) for upkeep of all the equipment’s as required. Keep inventory of spare parts and request procurement when needed Maintaining all reports, logs & trackers as required in site / requested by Sr Engineer & DC Manager. Supporting in Preparation & submission the Daily , Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports. Assisting in Audits. Ensure proper communication with Client , Vendor & other FM Staff’s. Need to carry out regular site rounds as required. Report any abnormality of the site to Sr Engineer
