The details of the same are as follows: Position Title: Sr. Executive - Business Development Location: Lucknow Level: Senior Executive Department: Sales and Marketing Reporting to: Director Qualification: PG / Graduation Functional/ Technical Skills: Tender and Bid Management, Proposal Development, Data Management & Analysis, Business Development, Coordination and Lisioning. Proficiency in use of information technology, MS office, Networking skills Experience: 4+ years Roles and Responsibilities: Experience in online & offline Tenders and Bid Management. Candidate will be responsible to check RFPs / Tenders / EoIs alerts and search for relevant opportunities, understanding the requirements and submitting a completed proposal / bid on time. Working under the direction of Management, the role involves leading all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid. Drafting letters and other official correspondence in English and Hindi Data Management Business development Relevant Data Collection from online / offline sources Stay updated with competitors activities and data Coordination with various outstation offices / staff for information MIS update Liaising with various government authorities Open to travel to various sites as per requirement Ability to quickly learn and understand products and concepts Managerial Skills: Strong Communication Skills Exposure into Govt Tendering & Business Development in Food processing Industry Any project or work in Integrated Child Development Services Scheme will be preferred.
