Handling cold calls for sales. Having price negotiation with the customers. 2. Follow-up with Purchase Team: Getting the purchase order, pricing, op's and sending it to the respective purchase team. Monitoring the purchase team to follow-up with the customers and get the appliances and software licenses. Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices for customers. After installation then collecting of payment follow-ups with the purchase team. 3. Product Training: Attending product training at regular intervals. Learning of new products and technologies.
