About the Role We are hiring a skilled React & React Native Developer with 3–6 years of experience for a Frontend + Mobile Development role. You will be responsible for building scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications, working across React.Js for web and React Native for mobile. The role requires close collaboration with UI/UX, backend, and product teams. Key Responsibilities Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native Build scalable and performant web applications using React.Js Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs for both web and mobile platforms Optimize UI performance, responsiveness, and overall application speed Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers Conduct code reviews and maintain coding best practices Work with Android/iOS technologies as needed Participate in architectural discussions and sprint planning Must-Have Skills Proficiency in React Native for mobile app development Solid experience with React.Js , Hooks, and component-based architecture Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) Experience working with either iOS or Android Familiarity with state management libraries: Redux, MobX, Recoil Robust debugging and performance optimization skills Good understanding of REST APIs , GraphQL, and contemporary frontend tooling Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Expo Familiarity with Next.Js or Node.Js Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Detox Knowledge of App Store / Play Store deployment processes
