Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a passion for interiors and a desire to build a long-term career. The role involves marketing Dexarteβs premium products to modular kitchen factories and OEM furniture manufacturers in the Delhi NCR area. Youβll be the face of Dexarte in the factory circuit, introducing our elegant materials to decision-makers and production heads. Key Responsibilities Β· Build strong, lasting relationships with modular kitchen and furniture manufacturers (OEMs) Β· Conduct regular in-person visits to workshops and factories across Delhi NCR Β· Present Dexarteβs premium product range with a focus on design, quality, and cost-efficiency Β· Understand client production needs and provide tailored material solutions Β· Identify and onboard new potential factories and partners Β· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment Β· Maintain visit reports, client records, and sales pipelines consistently Β· Represent Dexarte at trade shows and local B2B events when required Candidate Profile Β· 0.5 to 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in building materials, laminates, hardware, or similar) Β· Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport Β· Eager to learn, energetic, and self-motivated Β· Must be comfortable traveling daily within Delhi NCR Β· Educational qualification: Graduate (any field).
