As an Associate for the CEO/Founders Office of a new-age personal care brand in Delhi NCR, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with the founders who have backgrounds in top consulting firms like Ex-McKinsey & Ex-BCG. Your primary responsibilities will involve building the personal care direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the founders on key areas such as product Research & Development, Brand Marketing, Operations, and Stakeholder Management. - Handle various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the brand. - Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance online visibility. - Execute Performance Marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. - Manage the brand's presence on social media platforms effectively. - Engage with influencers to promote the brand and increase reach. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a start-up environment. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. - Strong creative and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to take initiative, get hands-on, and learn continuously. - Passion for the personal care industry and eagerness to contribute to its growth.
