DevSecOps Architect (Kubernetes)

As a member of the Digital Success team at Aqua Security, you play a crucial role in enhancing customer adoption and success through a blend of direct customer engagement and automated, data-driven digital initiatives. Your primary focus will be on providing technical guidance and support to customers, leveraging one-on-one sessions, webinars, and self-service resources. Your expertise as a Cloud Architect and DevOps Architect is essential for designing and delivering advanced technical solutions that help secure customer pipelines, infrastructure, and workloads in cloud-native environments. Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted technical advisor for Aqua customers, offering guidance through direct interactions, webinars, and technical enablement sessions. - Develop and curate a collection of technical enablement resources, including self-help guides, knowledge base articles, and tailored architecture templates. - Conduct workshops and architecture reviews to ensure effective deployment and scaling of Aqua's solutions by customers. - Collaborate with the Digital Success Manager to create scalable digital engagement strategies that complement direct customer interactions. - Lead technical discussions to address adoption challenges, troubleshoot issues, and design optimized solutions for customers" cloud-native security needs. - Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and design targeted enablement programs. - Deliver self-paced learning paths and provide hands-on technical sessions to support customers in achieving their objectives. - Monitor customer adoption trends proactively to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and technical enhancements. - Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to advocate for customers and address technical challenges and feature requests. Skills and Knowledge: - Profound understanding of Cloud Native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Minimum 10+ years of overall experience with extensive expertise as a Cloud Architect and DevOps Architect, demonstrating a track record of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. - Strong technical consulting skills, enabling engagement with customers at all levels, from engineers to executives. - Ability to balance personalized customer interactions with the development of scalable digital success resources. - Excellent aptitude for simplifying complex technical concepts into actionable learning materials and practical guidance. - Exceptional project management abilities, including effective prioritization and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating impactful content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
