About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and qualified Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring all clinical protocols are followed with empathy and precision. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, monitoring vitals, wound care, and hygiene support Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Assist in patient assessments and implement individualized care plans Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care Operate and monitor medical equipment (IVs, oxygen cylinders, suction machines, etc.) Respond to emergencies promptly and manage critical care situations calmly Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care Ensure infection control protocols and hospital hygiene standards are followed Participate in audits, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications GNM / B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council 0–5 years of clinical experience (Freshers may be considered) Basic knowledge of hospital documentation and digital systems Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty Key Skills Strong clinical and observational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient-centered approach Team player with a positive attitude Ability to handle high-pressure situations
